Best time to visit Fiji
Generally, the best time to visit Fiji is between April and October (UK summertime). This is also known as dry season, when the air is less humid, the beaches are immaculate and the waters are warm, making them perfect for snorkelling!
Fiji’s dry season also makes it one of the best destinations for a long-haul family holiday during the school summer holidays. In addition to seeing the best weather conditions, resorts tend to offer many family-friendly activities during this time.
That said, Fiji is a year-round destination, with different seasons offering different experiences. The wet season, from November to April, invites dramatic storms that pass quickly. It’s also when the islands are at their lushest, thanks to the occasional bursts of heavy rain.
